Singapore is magical

We had a full day layover in Singapore... so why not get out of the airport and explore!
Hands down, Singapore is the most unexpectedly magical place I've ever been to, besides the seahorse exhibit in Monterey =)

Talk about sensory overload- they were all decked out for christmas and I couldn't stop gasping and gawking.

They have the worlds largest ferris wheel there.
You can drive across the entire country in 45 min.
It's hot and very humid- looked and felt like Miami.
In the 1800's there were only 150 people living in Singapore.... now there is over 5 million!
All immigrants. Mostly chinese (about 75%).
We didn't see a single homeless person there... I don't think they exist.
We had a "smallest face" contest, who do you think wins?
I would love to come back and visit this place... more people need to know how EPIC Singapore is.
With the friendly spirit of singapore, I say farewell =)
